These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and users of the Website, including those who browse, make bookings, submit enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone, or use any on-site hotel services.
Reservations can be made through the following channels:
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS from our reservations team. Submitting a booking form or enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Confirmation is subject to room availability.
You are responsible for ensuring all booking details — including names, dates, number of guests, room type, and contact information — are accurate. The Hotel is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the guest.
Direct bookings through our website or WhatsApp are guaranteed the best available rate. If you find a lower rate for the same room type, dates, and conditions on a third-party platform within 24 hours of booking, we will match that rate and provide a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability).

Date changes and room type modifications are subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in date. Rate differences (if applicable) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Hotel Sea Princess is a non-smoking property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited inside all rooms, restaurants, lobby, corridors, and enclosed public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning surcharge of ₹5,000 will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in a non-smoking room.
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises, with the exception of certified service animals accompanied by valid documentation. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you require accommodation for a service animal.
An in-room electronic safe is provided for securing valuables. The Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings, jewellery, cash, electronics, or documents left unsecured in guest rooms or public areas. We strongly recommend using the in-room safe and the front desk safe deposit facility for valuable items.
All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, graphics, design, layout, and code — is the property of Hotel Sea Princess or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

However, we do not guarantee that all content (including room descriptions, amenity details, images, or prices) is error-free at all times. Images are representative and actual rooms, views, and facilities may vary slightly. In case of discrepancy between Website information and the confirmed booking details, the booking confirmation prevails.
